Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller Location: Rourkela, Odisha Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives Experience Required: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Job Summary: We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team in Rourkela. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating leads or sales. This is a full-time position with performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Promote company products/services and explain them clearly. Handle customer inquiries and follow up as needed. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets. Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads. Maintain a positive attitude and handle customer objections professionally.
Required Skills
Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Good communication skills in Hindi, Odia, and English. Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM is a plus). Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment. Previous experience in telecalling/sales/BPO is a plus, but not mandatory.
