Refund Policy – One Stop Solution
At One Stop Solution, we value the trust you place in us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Training & Placement Programs
Once a candidate is successfully placed in a bank job, the training/placement fee is non-refundable.
If a candidate completes the program requirements (training, exams, and interviews) but is not selected for any bank job, the training fee will be refunded 100% within 90 working days of the cancellation request.
Candidates must attend a minimum of 45 days of classes and participate in at least 5 bank interviews/exams to qualify for a refund.
2. Refund Process
Candidates must submit a written request for a refund along with proof of eligibility (attendance, exam participation, etc.).
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
If a candidate is selected but refuses to join the job.
If a candidate fails to attend mandatory classes, interviews, or exams.
If incorrect or fraudulent information is provided during registration.
4. Timeframe
Eligible refunds will be processed within 90 working days after verification.
