Job Description – Acquisition Relationship Manager Organization: IDFC FIRST Bank (in collaboration with Manipal Academy of BFSI) Program: Emerging Bankers Program (Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Customer Relationship – PGDBCR) Position Acquisition Relationship Manager Total Fixed Pay ₹6,00,000 per annum (Incentives & non-cashable benefits additional) Program Structure 4 Months: Classroom Training (at Manipal Academy of BFSI Campus) 3 Months: Internship (IDFC FIRST Bank branches/offices across India) 5 Months: On-the-Job Training (IDFC FIRST Bank branches/offices across India) Candidates also earn stipends during training: ₹6,000 – Classroom Training ₹30,000 – Internship ₹35,000 – On-the-Job Training Total Stipend: ₹2,89,000 during the program Key Responsibilities Acquire and manage customer relationships for IDFC FIRST Bank. Understand branch processes, customer needs, and team functions. Work with KRAs and scorecards to achieve branch-level business goals. Conduct field visits and support in onboarding customers. Drive customer-centric banking practices aligned with IDFC FIRST Bank’s values of ethical, digital, and social good banking.
