Job Description – HDFC Future Bankers Program Position: Personal Banker (Deputy Manager after successful completion of program) Employer: HDFC Bank Program: HDFC Future Bankers Program (in partnership with Manipal Global Academy of BFSI) About the Program The HDFC Future Bankers Program is a one-year professional diploma designed to create skilled, industry-ready banking professionals. Candidates receive intensive training in banking, finance, customer service, and sales, followed by assured placement as a Personal Banker – Deputy Manager with HDFC Bank. Key Responsibilities Managing branch banking operations such as cash transactions, account openings, and service requests. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Selling and cross-selling banking products like savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance. Ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines. Meeting branch-level sales and business targets. Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries effectively. Eligibility Criteria Graduate (any discipline) with 50% and above marks. Age: 21 – 28 years. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales, customer service, and branch banking. Training Details (Total: 12 Months) 4 Months – Classroom Training (banking, finance, sales, and soft skills). 2 Months – Internship at an HDFC Bank branch. 6 Months – On-the-Job Training (OJT) with real customer handling. Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in Banking (PGDB). Career Path On successful completion, candidates are appointed as Personal Banker – Deputy Manager. Career progression to Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, and leadership positions. Salary & Benefits CTC: ₹5.0 – 5.6 LPA (including performance incentives). Education Requirements

Full time graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government. Eligibility Anyone between the age group of 21-28 years.
