Job Description: Counsellor – OSS Placement Pvt. Ltd. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Counsellor to join OSS Placement Pvt. Ltd. The Counsellor will be responsible for guiding candidates through career opportunities, explaining our professional banking programs, and ensuring smooth enrollment processes. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Counsel and guide students/candidates regarding career opportunities in the banking and finance sector. Explain OSS Placement’s training programs, eligibility criteria, and job placement support. Handle candidate inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins. Maintain candidate records, follow-up on leads, and ensure smooth enrollment. Provide end-to-end support from initial inquiry to admission and placement guidance. Coordinate with the operations and placement team for candidate updates and interview schedules. Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to encourage referrals. Required Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi preferred). Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Basic knowledge of MS Office, emails, and CRM tools. Positive attitude with a student-first approach. Knowledge of the banking/education/training sector will be an added advantage. Eligibility Criteria Education: Any Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply). Age Limit: 21–30 years. Salary & Benefits Salary: Competitive (Based on experience & performance). Education Requirements
Eligibility Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory). Age Limit: 21 – 30 years. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer handling (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). Other Requirements: Must be comfortable in handling calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions with candidates.
