Program Type Certification / training + job-assured entry role in Tata AIG, mostly in sales / channel roles.
Duration ~5½ months from batch start to regular employment.
Stages / Structure - 15 days of “pre-read” (online) sessions before the program begins
- 30 days of campus training at Manipal Academy of BFSI (Bengaluru)
- 30-day internship with stipend
- 3 months of On-The-Job Training (OJT) with monthly stipend
Stipends / Financials During Training - ₹ 5,000 during the 30-day campus training
- ₹ 10,000 for the 30-day internship
- ₹ 16,000 / month during the 3-month OJT phase
Program Fee ₹ 99,000 + GST.
Payment Options Split payments in installments: Registration amount, then two further installments around the batch start date.
Reimbursement of Program Fee The fee is partially reimbursable over 3 years (by Tata AIG) depending on performance.
Eligibility - Full-time graduation degree in any discipline from recognized university.
- Age 30 years or younger.
- No immediate relative employed with Tata AIG.
Job Role / After Completion After completing all training/internship/OJT, participants join Tata AIG branch in roles like Channel Sales Manager / Business Development / Agent Management etc. The location is Pan India.
Expected CTC / Salary Up to approx. ₹4,00,000 depending on location / performance
