Axis Operational Program Position: Officer – Operations Program Type: Training + Job Opportunity About the Program The Axis Operational Program is a structured training and career development initiative aimed at creating skilled professionals for operations and back-end banking roles. This program prepares candidates to handle the critical operational, compliance, and process management functions that ensure smooth banking operations. Eligibility Education: Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks Age Limit: 21 – 28 years Work Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply Other Requirements: Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work in process-oriented roles Program Structure 3 Months: Classroom Training on banking operations, compliance, and systems 3 Months: Internship/On-the-Job Training (OJT) in Axis Bank branches/offices Job Role After Completion Designation: Assistant Manager – Operations Department: Operations / Compliance / Back Office CTC Range: ₹4.42 Lakh per annum Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operational activities in the branch or regional office Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines Handle account opening, KYC verification, and transaction monitoring Support internal audits and risk management activities Coordinate with front-end teams to provide smooth service delivery Maintain accuracy in records, reports, and documentation Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of banking operations and compliance (preferred) Problem-solving and analytical mindset Computer proficiency (MS Office, banking systems) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits of the Program Guaranteed placement with Axis Bank after successful completion Attractive salary package with growth opportunities Exposure to operational excellence and compliance standards Professional certification in banking operations
