Job Profile Details • Designation: Assistant Manager • Role: Business Relationship Manager • Grade: M1 • Type: On-rolls of Kotak Mahindra Bank Eligibility & Requirements To be eligible for the selection process, candidates must meet all the following criteria: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% aggregate. Age limit: Maximum 25 years at the time of application. Experience: 0-1 year, preferably with exposure to credit and sales in the local market. Strong understanding of asset products (loan amount, interest rates, fees) and ability to influence customer decisions. Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong relationship management and influencing skills. Sound of job knowledge and sales acumen. Ability to manage sales across products like Business Loans (BL), Overdraft (OD), and Credit Cards (CC). Roles and Responsibilities of a Business Relationship Manager - SBE Understand client businesses offer tailored working capital and loan solutions. Handle funds and non-fund-based products such as Cash Credit, Demand Loans, Buyer's Credit, LC, and BG. Collaborate with Branch Banking teams to onboard new customers Drive product penetration across Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking, and Trade Finance for primary and group relationships Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (CFOs, promoters) to establish trust and long-term engagement. Focus on growing portfolio size and profitability consistently. Analyze client business models, trade activities, and cash flows to identify growth opportunities and deepen relationships. Monitor competitive landscape and enhance Kotak's brand presence in target segments. Ensure high-quality client service and process efficiency through continuous improvement. Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized financial solutions. Recruit and guide DSTs to meet targets, aligning efforts with company goals via Branch Banking channels. Note: The role as defined above is subject to change at the discretion of KMBL. Compensation & Benefits Residential Classroom Training at ITM Location: 3 months along with 5000/- per month Stipend (with AC Classroom and Accommodation) On successful completion of the 3-months training Certification program, candidates will be absorbed by Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd at 4 LPA CTC (Fixed) plus Performance Linked Pay. Attractive Retention Bonus post completion of 1 year employment.
